Read moreThe OCCAMS project is always open to new collaborations, be them academic, industry or clinical. This openness has allowed the expansion and collation of many thousands of samples worth of tissues and data.
Including epidemiological information generated from questionnaires.
Covering over 1000 of samples worth of whole genome DNA Sequencing (WGS) and over 300 samples of RNA sequencing.
A collection of tissues and nucleic acid materials collated utilising controlled, uniform protocols across 26 participating hospitals.

It would be wonderful for this to be a free service, however many hours, lots of equipment and consumables go into maintaining and supplying this resource. We believe that any costs requested are fair, but are always open to feedback.
