Oesophageal Adenocarcinoma (OAC) patient data and clinical samples (tissue and blood) are used to identify clinical, demographic and molecular factors affecting development and progression of this cancer.
Any hospital that is a specialist centre for oesophago-gastric cancer is eligible to join the OCCAMS consortium.Read more
Data generated from OCCAMS samples using a variety of genomic, transcriptomic, and methylomic sequencing techniques are processed and managed by the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute (CI).Read more
